“Gorgeous boots and lovely service- when my order arrived, the boots were too big and needed changing. Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful, and the returns process was easy. The replacement boots are so comfy and look great!”

“Having not only huge feet, wide size 9s, but a bunion as well, I am cautious about buying shoes online. However these were so lovely I decided to try. The size 42s I ordered were still too narrow and tight so I reluctantly returned them. Most fabulous customer service. Absolutely no quibble about a refund, but also an offer to try the 43s. These very quickly arrived and fitted very nicely. I am delighted to have a pair of shoes that not only look good, but also are comfy and miraculously make my feet look slim!”

“Coming from the U.S. where wide fit is not commonly found (and when you do find them, they're typically not a stylish pretty), I was so excited to find Sargasso and Grey when looking for my wedding shoes. I was even more excited about their incredible customer service in helping me find the perfect shoe for two different dresses. Katie was great, shipping was quick, and the shoes are fab quality. “Great shoes, great company to deal with! Just received my fabulous shoes having ordered too large a size initially. The returns process was simple and straightforward as was the free exchange - yes, I didn't even have to pay postage for the correct size to be sent to me even though it was my fault. “I received my first (and certainly not the last!) order from Sargasso and Grey yesterday. I am delighted with the ankle boots I ordered. As a lady with wide feet and a half size (3.5) it is very difficult to find shoes that fit well and look stylish, and I have finally found a shoe brand that fulfils both. The ankle boots I bought are excellent quality, a great fit, and they look superb. The delivery was very quick, and the customer service was second to none. I am extremely pleased to have found this fabulous company. I can finally walk in comfort and feel like a million dollars! Highly recommended.”

“After years of searching I have found elegant shoes that don’t pinch. I am released from the frumpy granny style shoes I’ve been wearing for years that make any outfit look dowdy . I feel ten years younger, I look ten pounds slimmer, I am wearing heels!
