“Letter never arrived. Then we were asked for a review. Still hoping its just majorly delayed and not lost as now its too late to order another. Can't contact them!”

“I requested the delivery for 6th December and it still hasn’t been received. I have emailed on numerous occasions and haven’t heard anything back apart from a generated email that says if I don’t receive a ticket to contact a different email address and I still haven’t heard anything”

“Ordered 2 for my grandsons and they did not arrive . I was sent a link to download the letters to print, and that did not work. I am very upset that this is happening. Next year I will definitely use someone else to get a letter from Santa for them. A huge disappointment and can not even reach someone on the phone for customer service”

“I paid £7.48 for a letter for my daughter who is struggling to believe due to chat in school. The letter was perfect and would really have helped her to believe this year. I ordered on 26th Nov and it was to be delivered on 5th Dec. The letter still has not appeared. I'm extremely disappointed.”
