“I bought many letters in the past 3-4years, about 40ish if not more. Kids loved them. Templates are updated yearly (maybe this can be improved though). I appreciate I can see past orders, so I don't send a template twice to the same kid. Although, I have to check one by one, as tge system doesn't allow me to see by kid name all I ordered for that kid. Good customer service. I had the bad experience with 2 letters and 1 Easter pack that never reached their destination (correct, doubke checked), can't say it was the postal services or other factors to blaim. Overall impression: good and would recommend. Actually, I already did and other friends orderd from them. Best thing for me is that they ship in the EU, as opposed to other providers which don't.”
