“The wording in the letters are too American. I chose a letter which was more English in its wording. The pictures of Santa/Father Christmas could be more authentic looking! That aside, the order was easy to complete & arrived on time.”

“I buy these for my daughter every year... often all the different ones (school, Christmas, birthday and holidays etc) I do think it would of been good to include one about the virus. Having Santa himself acknowledge what’s going on in the world. Just to give kiddies that little bit of reassurance that Santa knows what’s going on etc”

“I have ordered these for the past few years, the quality is excellent and I love that you can add friends names into the letter. My only criticism is that it asks for a present, I order far in advance so that could firstly change but also as my kids are getting old I would like to keep what they are getting a surprise and the letter gives the impression they are definitely getting said present”

“I love that I can order a personalised letter from santa to make Christmas that bit more special. My son loves it and is shocked every year that santa knows so much about him (he's just turned 5). Its also really nice to look back on the letters and see what he wanted that year, who his friend was etc. I like how there is so many different designs to choose from, every year its hard to pick which one. I do wish it was easier to see what is wrote on the letters before the preview with all your information on. They also have the option to have a birthday card sent out as well but I tried it once, paid for it then I moved house before and it wouldn't let me change address even though it was way before his birthday so my son never actually received it so I won't be doing that every again”

“I’ve used Santa’s Letter direct for two years now... both Christmas’s plus two birthday cards for my daughter’s birthday in December, as she loves receiving a birthday card from Santa! Good selection of letters to choose from Santa, but I would like more selection of birthday card options. That aside .. it’s a great service and has always arrived on time.”

“Both granddaughters have received letters from Santa, much to their surprise. They did not know how Santa knew their address and details etc. As one granddaughter has turned 10, perhaps the 'magic' will be broken, I hope not. You are never too old to receive a letter from Santa Claus!”
