“The details I put on about Jack wasn’t in the letter. He just received the letter to write back on. Last year was very good but haven’t received everything this year? Also I have payed for a video message to Jack, I’m not sure how long it takes for this to become available? I’ve given 4 starts as like I say last year was very good and Jack has loved the part where he can send back.”

“Wow what a roller-coaster, but with the best ending. I ordered with a 50% off coupon and was, relatively happy untill they arrived and wasn't impressed BUT I contacted their customer service team and well the result it pure joy they helped with my issues and I'm more than impressed thank you very much. My only recommendation is to update your site with the manned email and update any other contact details as your customer service team is outstanding.”
