“I ordered a Santa letter on Dec 5th for a birthday Dec 11 th I had confirmation it had been sent and would be here on time. Unfortunately this didn’t happen so I had to get in touch to chase it. I am writing this Dec 12th and I have still not got it. Not sure I would use you again or recommend you .”
