“Lovely idea and my girls love receiving their cards, letters and postcards through the year. Always on time and correctly edited. My only suggestion would be that it would be great to have more personalisation options. To add more detail.”

“The only thing I would say is I would prefer it in a plain envelope so kids don't see it straight away or addressed to adult with unopened letter inside”

“I've used these guys for the last 3 years and am happy with their letters etc. The only thing I would say is sometimes there is an error in spelling or grammar but it is hardly noticeable, to order is easy and delivery is quick . Overall very satisfied.”

“Love the letters, get one every year. We decided to give the video a go this year since we won't be able to go to a grotto. Unfortunately, it was terrible! Good range of options but our 7 year old could have done a better job with the editing! Lost one star for the dreadful video.”

“Unfortunately it was bad weather when the package arrived so it was wet and damaged. However it was still readable and the letter / certificate were great! The only criticism I would have is, the activities need to be tailored to the age of the child as my 4 year old son cannot do word searches or word scrambles.”
