“The letter arrived when it was supposed to and was lovely my little girl loved it and made Christmas magic come to our house she supper excited after getting her letter.”

“I have done these letters since for I think every Christmas since my daughter was born and now my son is at an age where he understands christmas I have started to do one for him too. I love these letters and I like the fact that each letter says something different so my children don't have exactly the same letter sent back to them. (It's individual to them) It adds to the magic of Christmas and I will order every year for as long as they believe.”

“The letters were for my great-grandchildren and they do not live by me so I don't know what their reaction has been but judging of the reaction from my great-granddaughter last year she was over the moon with her letters. Unfortunately she is now of the age where she knows about the real Father Christmas so has not had a letter. I intend to do this next year and my youngest great-grandchildren will probably be able to have one too as they will be 3 years old. I think this is lovely and particularly the birthday card as well.”

“I've been buying both the letter for my granddaughter to write TO Santa, and the one later FROM Santa for several years now. She looks forward to them each year, and it's a real thrill for her to receive them.
