“Ordered for my granddaughter she loved her letter I have ordered before such a lovely surprise for her, she was so surprised how Santa knew what she wanted for Christmas and who her best friend was, so lovely hearing her read her letter, I will continue to order next year Thankyou Santa”

“Or the first time this year ordered two letters for my grandchildren ages ago. They were dispatched on November 29th and were estimated to arrive on December 7th. They have not arrived yet. I am very disappointed in your service.”

“Whilst the content of the letter was super, for the price I expected it would come on quality paper but it was just a regular a4 sheet. I would be far cheaper to create your own content and ask a printer to create”
