“Ordered my play bark 10 days ago, no contact from the company and now they have sent an email saying they have refunded me - which they haven't and no excuse as to why and nobody to contact. Very disappointed.”

“Terrible customer service, we placed our order being told normal delivery after 4 calls to chase delivery and waiting weeks we was told the machine broke, no phonecall or email to explain. Promised delivery day before we get an email to say refunded with no explination. Poor service and very frustrating.”
