“The process is fairly self-explanatory and the help and assistance off the SC team is very good and they do explain what they require very well. The only small point that I would make is that it takes quite a while from initial submission to final approval.”

Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry. “Time taken to receive accreditation following submission on the standard scheme is too long. For a design consultant the H&S information requested should be more specific to the nature of the work undertaken. Most consultants have office based staff, rather than a site workforce.”

“Great service and really good support from the team throughout the process with clear and useful information sheets to help support the process. The people who I spoke to throughout where all really helpful. My only concern is that, after achieving, I have not had any logos to use on our website and other literature which we could really do with soon. (I feel that they should arrive sooner). Thank you all so much for your help”
