“The process is quite long as I don't pay the extra for "assisted" application. It would be good if Safecontractor stored some of the information on file and uploaded it automatically to the new application. It would save a lot of time”

“The onboarding process was easy and I was reassured about some issues prior to signing up. The pre-audit process was very good, having a dedicated advisor was definitely a big positive. The only issue I had was that the auditer did not come back within 2 days (I understood this was part of Premium package) and I had to ring up for an update as I was then quite desperate for the decision. This was however immediately attended to for which I was obviosuly very grateful.”

“I would think a little more flexibility as with myself a small trader on my own the accreditation is more complex than it needs to be,I only have six months until retirement hopefully so another six months should be enough not another year which all cuts into meagre profits Kind regards Nigel (Director)”

“Generally good. Problems with one file being updated on portal. Old document was removed and updated documented was uploaded a number of times, however, the portal always reverted to the old previous document. Otherwise straightforward and assessment was smoother and quicker than experienced in the past.”

“Team was helpfull. However we are not pleased with the requirement of having so many badges/ accreditations that provides the one and only SSIP scheme approval. It's a waste of money and our time.”
