“The onboarding process was easy and I was reassured about some issues prior to signing up. The pre-audit process was very good, having a dedicated advisor was definitely a big positive. The only issue I had was that the auditer did not come back within 2 days (I understood this was part of Premium package) and I had to ring up for an update as I was then quite desperate for the decision. This was however immediately attended to for which I was obviosuly very grateful.”

“The only failure in the process was lack of contact at each stage. basically emails being supposedly sent from your system to notify me of feedback etc were not sent. This happened at both the pre-screening stage and the final auditor stage. This caused delays to the additional requested documentation being submitted and ultimately my certificate being released. These delays caused us to be suspended from one of our customers - not acceptable - fix your email system”
