“Much of the process seems to be geared to larger businesses. As a SME with just 8 employees, it seems a bit OTT. I'd like to see a 'lite' version, or similar, which is more relevant to the smaller business.”

I have passed your feedback to our product team who are always reviewing our processes and looking to make improvements to the way in which we operate and the service that we provide to our customers. Clients choose to work with us because we enable them to have greater visibility of the health and safety compliance of their supply chain. Our system ensures that all contractors they work with have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly. Our team are available via email and telephone to provide any assistance you need throughout the process.

“The accreditation process is straight forward enough, it is a same you have to pay additional costs to fast track. It should be considered to improve the speed of the overall accreditation process by employing additional assessors?”

Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies that you found the process difficult on this occasion. Our team are available via email and telephone to provide any assistance you need. Our packages were introduced to offer a fast track service where required, however we also advise that as our portal is available year-round to make the submission process quicker and easier, we recommend uploading updated documents throughout the year. You will then be able to save these documents and submit them when the questionnaire becomes available, 30 days prior to your accreditation expiry.
