Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies that you found the process difficult on this occasion. Our team are available via email and telephone to provide any assistance you need. Our portal is available year-round, and to make the submission process quicker and easier, we recommend uploading updated documents throughout the year. You will then be able to save these documents and submit them when the questionnaire becomes available, 30 days prior to your accreditation expiry. “Having upgraded to the premium. Safecontractor was extremely helpful in answering all my queries during the accreditation process. They came back promptly and from submitting our information it took one day to inform us we had been accredited for another year.”

“I find these renewals aren't a good experience generally, I'm not in the construction business and they don't seem to allow for that, there is an assumption that we know your business”
