“Generally good, but asking for new information following your initial review that wasn't requested originally is time consuming and frustrating. In our case it was a list of RICS Members. If you had asked for this in the first place, it would have saved both of us time and effort.”

Our pre-audit process is designed to streamline the process for you and verify the documents you have submitted before passing on to our auditor team. Our auditors may sometimes ask for additional information to complete your audit - apologies that this caused you some inconvenience. When you complete your re-audit there will be notes that this is required and this should make the process faster and easier for you in future.

“The staff were incredibly helpful they took the time to explain things that I did not fully understand they were always on hand and made appropriate adjustments that related to the type of work that I do. This alone made the whole process smooth and achievable.”
