Very Strait forward and easy to work through. The only issue I had was the latest merge between EXOR and Safecontractor was explained as a merge, when in actual fact it still remains as 2 separate Questionnaires and certificates, so was a little disappointing

Thanks for your review and congratulations on your accreditation. In spring 2019 we launched 'SafePQQ', which meant that your Exor service ceased to exist and instead became the SafePQQ verification product, thus merging Exor with SafeContractor's health and safety accreditation scheme. The two audits review different aspects of your business operations and therefore remain as two separate questionnaires - please accept our apologies for any confusion and if this was not made clear.

We were very impressed once again with the way SafeContractor dealt with our accreditation process. They kept in touch and responded very quickly. Most of all we are very busy people who don't have much time and they guided us through the process which we are very grateful for. thankyou

Your auditors asked me for things that the documentation did not, to enable me to pass. Then when the documentation went to the next stage I was asked for even more information. You really do not make it easy for people - it is like needing a crystal ball to complete all the sections as you will be asked for extra documentation but no idea what else.

I always find this process difficult and whilst I appreciate that you require comprehensive information and documentation, I think some of the requested information is unnecessary and overly pedantic. Further, I appreciate that the process is only once a year, but even so, takes an inordinate amount of time to reach final approval.

Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies that you found the process difficult on this occasion. Our team are available via email and telephone to provide any assistance you need. Our portal is available year-round, and to make the submission process quicker and easier, we recommend uploading updated documents throughout the year. You will then be able to save these documents and submit them when the questionnaire becomes available, 30 days prior to your accreditation expiry. Thank you for giving us your feedback. We are unable to complete the audit process until all documentation has been submitted. We can see that during your audit process your auditor contacted you to request additional information and that once this was received, your audit was promptly passed. If at your audit renewal you require any additional support with understanding what documents are required for the audit to be submitted and accreditation awarded then please do not hesitate to contact our team directly, who are always happy to support you. Awful. Supported 9 applications this year. This was a group application based on a shared management system. Pre-auditor was not fully aware of their own tech capability nor policies wasting a seriously unnecessary amount of time. The auditor to be fair was good and knowledgeable. over 800 documents later the application passed through. Certificates arrive and there's one for each group member but the overall certificate just has a singular name and no mention of any of the constituent group either upfront or on page 2 terms of reference. The whole purpose of the group certificate is to bid for group work but if the certificate does not make clear the scope of audit what use it!? I spoke to the most belligerent complaint manager after the auditor told me their hands were tied, who contradicted himself so much it would have been commincal had it not been for the massive expenses in application fees and person-hours we had lost. No resolution left to lump it yet its been managed by CHAS, Achillies, Lloyds Register CFA, etc whom I deal with. Worst experience of an SSIP scheme ever.
