“FRUSTRATING: The whole process is aimed at contractors. We are Sub Contractors who work under the remit of Main Contractors. This causes issues every time we come to renewal. Our work category "Specialist Sealant Applicators" is not even listed so we have to use the nearest on the list which in turn throws up questions sets that are irrelevant to our works. This makes the whole process difficult and frustrating.”
