Thank you for your review, and congratulations on your SafeContractor accreditation. Clients choose to work with us because we enable them to have greater visibility of the health and safety compliance of their supply chain. Our system ensures that all contractors they work with have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.

“Much improved this year. The auditing process was a lot quicker and only took maybe a week whereas last year it took around 6 weeks!”

“Very sales focussed, constantly trying to sell add-ons. I understand it is a business but this is a bit much! We only use safe contractor because one client wants us to have a SSIP scheme accreditation.”

Clients choose to work with us because we enable them to have greater visibility of the health and safety compliance of their supply chain. Our system ensures that all contractors they work with have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. Our turnaround time on a standard package can take up to 20 days and does not include auditor assistance, so in circumstances where we feel that you may benefit from additional support or speed we will recommend our package upgrades. Please accept our apologies for any issues this has caused you. To make the audit process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.
