“Provided documents to 2 requests for the same information by 2 different people, only to have to phone and chase accrediation and have to provide the same information for a third time”

“Very good - easy to use and quick feedback given. It would be very helpful if there was a box where you can provide explanations rather than just uploads as this would allow us to provide additional information.”

“Excellent service provided by the assessor, Our assessor was very swift and efficient with his responses so we then asses and re submitted in more detail. As with all submissions for accreditation's the time taken to put together the submission is time know body has so time is of the essence. which was understood by safecontractor.”

“Quite a straightforward process; better than any other H&S online registration portal we've completed. However the process took longer after we had uploaded our information than the previous year though, which meant that we were being chased for expired credentials from other portals for several weeks while we waited for your team to confirm our application had been successful. Still, a very good system and you have very good and helpful staff.”

To make the process easier and quicker next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.
