“I find these renewals aren't a good experience generally, I'm not in the construction business and they don't seem to allow for that, there is an assumption that we know your business”

“you ask for one set of information and then your accreditation team want to see something else - This has been very time consuming having to locate different information. also asking for policies we don't have, want or need, and having to pay lip service by 'creating a document' to suit your requirements not ours!”

Clients choose to work with us because we enable them to have greater visibility of the health and safety compliance of their supply chain. Our system ensures that all contractors they work with have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.
