“Initially, confusing. We were asked to complete a full accreditation questionnaire and then, when I phoned to query why, I was met with a confused young man who, during a brief call, gave four separate dates as to when our certification (previously under Daly International) expired (4/4/23, 24/1/23, 12/12/22, 02/12/22). It would appear that, despite our having ISO45001 and being SSiP accredited and having expressed previously that we wished to renew through the "deemed to satisfy" route, this wasn't appreciated by those involved early in the renewal process. Once I'd contacted Ben Coak and he put me in touch with Karen Davies things couldn't have gone smoother though and we were fast-tracked through accreditation.”

“Sitting on an application for 20 working days to make your other renewal options seem more “value” is a truly awful practice, and one that would cost you dearly in a less monopolistic industry. If I tried it pricing a job with various levels of response I would expect to not win that job. These are my own thoughts and do not necessarily reflect the official company’s beliefs.”

“Over the top assessment for a small one man business and ridiculously over priced for how much small work I do for my customer it’s only a matter of time before I leave and I’m not the only business in my area that feels this way unfortunately a lot have left our client due to this situation”

“It would be a benefit to be able to start the renewal process earlier, by the time we have submitted the questionnaire and it has been audited the existing certificate has expired, and clients are pressing for the renewal. The scheme is is well received by all clients, the newsletters & member benefits are useful.”
