“Our advisor was very helpful. We would have liked to have seen more clarity for required documentation so it could have been submitted right the first time. Once the advisor offered further detail of what was being asked for were able to comply. Overall the process was very good.”

“I received a reminder of renewal, uploaded the documents required and was contacted a week later requesting additional documents, which I supplied and within a week I received confirmation that I had been awarded the accreditation for another year. It was a smooth process.”

“Nightmare to deal with. Will be changing to another supplier. Too much pointless info requested. Seems they are more interested on nvq’s than if the job is safely done.”

I am sorry to hear that in this instance you felt our service fell short of your expectations. At SafeContractor we do operate a queue system owing to the volume of accounts we have to process. We do offer a variety of packages dependent on the needs of our contractors. As your business is on the standard package the lead time for accreditation can apply, in regard to your application we do contact via telephone and email within the timeframe and I can see that contact was made and a discussion was had. I will certainly pass on your valued feedback to the relevant department. Just to put this on your radar and to avoid any delays for you next year, we urge our customers to submit at the earliest possible date they can. To do this you are able to complete your questionnaire all year around and then submit 30 days before your current accreditation date. “Portal for renewal not easy to navigate as "where to go next" does not appear to be logical. Various colour codes, signs & symbols not easy to translate! Seems a very big company with so many tentacles and so many contact names pop up here & there that we're not sure who deals with what!”

“i have had to contact your company on many occasions to find out what the issues are with the submission , i would expect that a follow email or alert would be sent to us if there is an issue with the submission and a description of the issue and its solution. i look forward to your response kind regards Alphatec”
