“Two of the auditors left during out audit for the accreditation and we had to chase SafeContractor multiple times as to what stage this is in and with who. However, at the end, the last auditor was very helpful and fast at completing this.”

“System very fustrating if we have said we have ISO45001 it should be accpeted we have proved we have health and safety policies etc etc Surely if you have these you should be able to skip questions. You aslo send submit submission before it was open ( one call) and did not seem to allow for the long christmas bank holiday in the apporval time or opening the submission earlier to allow sufficent daysbefore certificate expires (two calls to chase this)”

“The process was relatively pain free and completed though a little slow. It would seem unless you pay extra you dont get priority and approval can take 4 - 6 weeks.”

“Service was slow, and difficult to get hold of anyone to push our submission through. Telephone line was not working (due to staff training the message said) when trying to chase. That said the staff on the helpline number were curteous and helpful when i did get through although unable to directly do anything they had to refer it on to others.”

“Take too long to commence and send questionnaire. And always pushing for express accreditation fee to be paid to expedite. Service should be quicker without necessity to pay a fee to expedite, thus only acceptable score.”

“The accreditation process always takes much longer than it should and we have a long period without being accredited that can cause issues with clients. I submitted everything for review once I was allowed to but didn't get the certificate back until almost two weeks after I expected it. The staff are always incredible friendly and helpful and answer the phone quickly but I think there is just a back log with auditors. I know you can pay for a faster audit process but everything was submitted in time so I shouldn't have to pay for this service.”
