“Everybody I spoke to was great and very helpful and the application submission process itself was easy. However the overall process, specifically the review times left me with a slight sour taste. The initial application takes 20 working days to be reviewed, the the secondary review takes 5 days. This is 25 working days. Considering the application can only be submitted 30 days, not working days, just 30 days before it runs out this almost guarantees your old accreditation will run out for a week or two before it gets re-accepted.... Unless you pay to have it fast tracked...”

Previously, you could submit the renewal questionnaire 30 days before your expiry date. “Despite submitting our documents for approval well ahead of the annual expiry date, Safecontrator did not begin processing the renewal until the expiry date. Minor queries were raised by Safecontractor and answers were swiftly provided, however, Safecontractor failed to complete the assessment in a reasonable time. It took a month and a half for Safecontractor to assess our documents and this was only done after a complaint was raised. Overall it's very poor and not in any way customer-focused.”
