“I have to complete a number of audits and reviews with difference accrediation bodies and can say without doubt that working with Safecontractor is a pleasure compared to some of the others. They kept in touch with emails and updates and also were very patient during the furlough period our company went through. I would definitely recommend Safecontractor”

Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I have asked our Technical Team Manager to reach out to you directly to discuss your membership. Please be advised that as part of awarding our UK-leading accreditation annually, our team of expert auditors need to ensure that all contractors have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To verify your compliance, our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. Our team endeavour to assess all questionnaires as quickly as possible and to provide as much assistance as possible. However if you would like to upgrade your package to have an express audit included or to include assistance from our team of expert IOSH and NEBOSH qualified auditors then this option is available to you also. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry. If you have any further queries about how this works then please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team directly.

“We initially joined SafeContractor some 6-7 years ago as a requirement to our continued facilities support to one of our main customers who themselves were a member of SafeContractor. We soon recognised the merits to becoming a member as we could demonstrate this to promote our commitment to being H&S aware and showing this to our customer base. SafeContractor accreditation and the services they provide have shown and prove to be a valued part of our business being recognised by our established customer base and by promoting to new customers ahead. “Every year SafeContractor ask the same questions - fair enough as they need to understand whether my business has changed or not Every year I reply to those questions with essentially the same answers as the previous year, amended in accordance with the comments or questions raised by the (nameless) auditor EVERY YEAR THEY FAIL MY ACCREDITATION EITHER REQUESTING FURTHER CLARIFICATION ON SOMETHING OR HAVING FAILED TO READ THE ANSWER TO A QUESTION ANNUAL FRUSTRATIONS CAUSED BY THIS ARE BEYOND A JOKE”
