“Encountered a fairly long waiting time for the assessment to be looked at in the first instance. Once however it reached the first review stage things moved very quickly and the assistance received from the dedicated assessor was incredibly helpful and made the process far easier to final accreditation.”

Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire is able to be submitted 30 days before expiry. “Normally the guys are very quick at processing the submissions. This time they were incredibly slow. It seemed a coincidence that I had been offered a rapid processing service at an extra cost of £150, which I turned down. Following that the maximum time was taken. They responded in such a time that my H&S advisor was furloughed and we had to find someone else to send documents in.”

Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. Our team endeavour to assess all questionnaires as quickly as possible and to provide as much assistance as possible. However if you would like to upgrade your package to have an express audit included or to include assistance from our team of expert IOSH and NEBOSH qualified auditors then this option is available to you also. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire is able to be submitted 30 days before expiry. “We have quite a struggle to renew our Safecontractor each year. I passed this over to a colleague of mine this year due to a busy workload. It has taken quite a while because of this. Although we have reached the pass stage and received our certificate, this only states Access Control on the reverse of the certificate and should include Intruder Alarms and CCTV also.”

“Much better than last year, but still frustrating being unable to upload new information that has been provided prior to old information expiring e.g. Insurances - therefore reducing level to Silver for a number of days until the expiry date has been reached and upload can then take place - which then results in another wait for the verification.”
