We paid extra to have our application analysed within few days and yet we had our application results only after a couple of weeks which left us "with no certification" for a few days until we received the confirmation. With that said everyone has been very helpful every time I contacted to enquire about the application.

Took way too long to audit and get a cettificate back to me and only happend because I have to complain. Once complained it all got sorted very quickley though. Feel some of the staff are of the 'Computer says no' atttitude.

We had paid for an entire year while very little happened and not a lot of help was received from SafeContractor and then we were assigned a pre auditor who then helped us through the process in the second year and helped us to get the correct documents together. Once this was done it went to the full auditor for it to be completed fairly quickly. Quite why this was not done in the first year I have no idea. One thing that Safecontractor needs to do is to differentiate between large companies and smaller companies in that there are many thing that a large corporation has to do that a small company does not, and it was only when were able to speak to an auditor and explain things that we started to move forward.

The process was good although on a few occassions when info was provided as requested , it was frustrating when the feedback was that the info provided was not exactly what had been asked for and could we provide something else. Fortunatley we were able to provide the additional info but it is just a little frustrating.

The process for applying and the completion of the online application is simple and easy with the step by step walk through. The support from Health and Safety Auditor is great as they guide and support through the process of what information is required to get the application completed.

If I could give you minus stars I would. The process is a joke, and you literally make it so that everyone has to pay for your "premium" service otherwise you will not renew the accreditation before it expires due to the delibratly slow method used. You always find someting worng even if it has been aproved in the past. If irt wasn't for the fact that some cusotmers require this I would not use the service.

Previously, you could submit the renewal questionnaire 30 days before your expiry date. A bit of a nightmare from start to finish. Repeatedly asked for information I had already provided. Took over 2 months to complete. Our certificate ran out and our technicians were unable to work (for 20 days) on some sites without proof of the accreditaton. There was no sense of urgency at all, unlike previous years when the process went smoothly. No one seemed to care or acknowledge emails - only when they wanted information that had already been provided!
