“Very sales focussed, constantly trying to sell add-ons. I understand it is a business but this is a bit much! We only use safe contractor because one client wants us to have a SSIP scheme accreditation.”

Thank you for your feedback and congratulations on your accreditation. Clients choose to work with us because we enable them to have greater visibility of the health and safety compliance of their supply chain. Our system ensures that all contractors they work with have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. Our turnaround time on a standard package can take up to 20 days and does not include auditor assistance, so in circumstances where we feel that you may benefit from additional support or speed we will recommend our package upgrades. Please accept our apologies for any issues this has caused you. To make the audit process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.

“Our SafeContractor accreditation renewal has gone well this year. Some of the questions requiring evidence can be difficult to answer, and I'm glad we chose the Express level of support. The SafeContractor support staff were most helpful, responding to my queries within minutes.”

“Excellent service provided by the assessor, Our assessor was very swift and efficient with his responses so we then asses and re submitted in more detail. As with all submissions for accreditation's the time taken to put together the submission is time know body has so time is of the essence. which was understood by safecontractor.”

“Quite a straightforward process; better than any other H&S online registration portal we've completed. However the process took longer after we had uploaded our information than the previous year though, which meant that we were being chased for expired credentials from other portals for several weeks while we waited for your team to confirm our application had been successful. Still, a very good system and you have very good and helpful staff.”
