“Hi all good the only thing I would say is you should really give us the chance to login and upload details in time to achieve the certificate before the due date, this time you gave us a week knowing it takes 3 weeks to be audited, I understand you offer a fast track service to obtain faster which you are almost forcing us to do so you can achieve more money. On the plus side your service is good and all telephone conversations with your personnel is very good. Also your upload system is much better as I have struggled in the past to upload.”

“It was normal. We have the documentation required to hand : other parties routinely ask for it nowadays. We are not building contractors so some items not relevant for us - this will be true for other companies within the scheme. Its reasonable that assessing our submission consumes time and I have altered my 'reminder' to start our submission earlier next year. I note the assessment can be done quicker for a surcharge should we choose. The staff both on the phone and by email were good - I appreciate that.”
