“This year was our seventh consecutive year for SafeContractor accreditation, the process was as always straight forward and on the one occasion that I needed to contact them for advice. There responded very quickly and professionally. Excellent service”

“The process is very easy and straight forward, there are people available to help should you need advice or have things explained, once submitted, if things have to be changed or things added, Safecontrator staff will inform you and if need be guide you through it, helping make the process as easy as possible.”

“Generally the process went well, but there seemed to be confusion with e-mail addresses, I'd sent information in to one address and then a week later get an e-mail chasing for that same information.”

“Renewal process was ok. We were asked for additional information, which is no problem, however, our auditor was on a course for a week so emailing was an issue. This delayed the renewal process. We had to be assigned a new auditor as a result. Not as streamlined as previous years.”
