“I found the ‘personalised’ service I paid an extra £150 for lacking in what I would have expected for my money and one of your advisors most unhelpful or informative verging on the point of rude..”

As part of awarding our UK-leading accreditation annually, our team of expert auditors need to ensure that all contractors have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry. “Hi, Initially I was disappointed. We went to a lot of effort this year to have the assessment entered early (25/08/2020). When we phoned to see the status we were told it would take another 5-10 days to audit, which would take us past our expiry date. However, the customer support team were superb and got us taken care of very quickly. Being able to actually call someone to get help is very important.”

Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. We’re sorry to learn that this year you were at risk of your accreditation expiring during the audit process – but are so pleased to hear that our customer support team were able to quickly get your audit expedited and ensure your accreditation was achieved in good time.
