“The process was straight forward to use and the form clear and concise. We had great support from our allocated person who was very informative around any additional information and supporting evidence required to achieve and gain our certificate. He was also very efficient at going through any information sent and updating form until completed.”

Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry. Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. Our team endeavour to assess all questionnaires as quickly as possible and to provide as much assistance as possible. However if you would like to upgrade your package to have an express audit included or to include assistance from our team of expert IOSH and NEBOSH qualified auditors then this option is available to you also. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry. “Extremely tedious, repetive information has to be submitted. Auditors opinions vary on submissions, the whole process this year took over 4 months!”

“Hi I find it frustrating that we are unable to submit our evidence in time for it to be processed with updates etc and further requests before the expiry date is realised. I am aware I can pay more to speed this up, but this just feels wrong and profiteering. I would just ask you to put the price up if it is needed and make everything timely for all your customers.. Otherwise great tool in our H&S Management.”
