“Extremely tedious, repetive information has to be submitted. Auditors opinions vary on submissions, the whole process this year took over 4 months!”

As part of awarding our UK-leading accreditation annually, our team of expert auditors need to ensure that all contractors have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating all of your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry. “Hi I find it frustrating that we are unable to submit our evidence in time for it to be processed with updates etc and further requests before the expiry date is realised. I am aware I can pay more to speed this up, but this just feels wrong and profiteering. I would just ask you to put the price up if it is needed and make everything timely for all your customers.. Otherwise great tool in our H&S Management.”

“Nothing ever changes for us as a small business, so the annual in depth questions that change ever so slightly can be a little inconvenient. One is asked a question, which we submit then it's further questions that should have been asked in the first place. As a small business, the question should be "Has anything changed for you in the last 12 months". The charges for this accreditation are also getting too high.”
