“Fairly easy to use the website but renewing the accreditation seems to me, to be almost identical to starting the process anew as if i had never done it before. Think the renewal process needs to be quicker and simpler, especially for smaller contractors if you are already accredited and just renewing.”

“Our compliance expired during the recent pandemic and were due to renew. Sadly most of our team were furloughed and unable to complete their normal duties, therefore it was down to myself to renew! A interesting experience! But with the help and guidance of the team at Safe Contractor, we soon achieved compliance! So, a massive thank you for your help, guidance and support through these, most challenging of times!”

“The process of submitting compliance evidence is easy and well organised with prompts coming in good time. The only lack of clarity was in reference to the assessor team having further 10 working days after the initial 20 of 'waiting time' to review the documents. After I have raised this with the team, the information I sent was looked into immediately and evidence accepted.”

Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. Our team endeavour to assess all questionnaires as quickly as possible and to provide as much assistance as possible. “The process is fairly self-explanatory and the help and assistance off the SC team is very good and they do explain what they require very well. The only small point that I would make is that it takes quite a while from initial submission to final approval.”
