“Hi, Initially I was disappointed. We went to a lot of effort this year to have the assessment entered early (25/08/2020). When we phoned to see the status we were told it would take another 5-10 days to audit, which would take us past our expiry date. However, the customer support team were superb and got us taken care of very quickly. Being able to actually call someone to get help is very important.”

“Hi I find it frustrating that we are unable to submit our evidence in time for it to be processed with updates etc and further requests before the expiry date is realised. I am aware I can pay more to speed this up, but this just feels wrong and profiteering. I would just ask you to put the price up if it is needed and make everything timely for all your customers.. Otherwise great tool in our H&S Management.”

“We as a business are very good at planning works and have noticed every year that when are accreditation is due there is always a rush to get things sorted in one month. Our accreditation expires on the busiest time of year, that coupled with staff on holiday and more recently Covid we would welcome more time or to develop our submission and feel that this is a working and continual document. “Getting Safe Contractor status is not a walk in the park, it is not an easy accreditation to qualify for which gives it its intrinsic and earned value. The people at Safe Contractor / Alcumus have assisted throughout the process and have been most helpful in what have been for all testing conditions of working remotely from home during the Covid 19 restrictions. They have coached and guided when ask and have never been difficult to approach or discuss key items with.”
