“I have used run and become for a number of years now and recently ordered my forth pair of running shoes. Dealt with Anne this time and like her colleagues I've dealth with previously, gave good advice and was helpful. Delivery was very quick - they say allow up to a week but items always arrive within a couple of days. All the best. Mark Jackson”

“I am so disappointed with Run and Become. Having been a customer for several years, I've previously had great sevice. However my most recent order arrived with the label barely stick on the package, such that the postie even commented on it. When I opened it, the shoes were someone elses order entirely, different size, different make . It even had the invoce for the other person, including their address in the box. When I phoned Run and become, the person I spoke to was polite and said they would order me a new pair. However she then said they didn't have any more in stock and their buyer then said they have no intention of ordering more stock in my size. This is still a current model ( Hoka Soeedgoat 6), and they are avaliable on the hoka website. I was told they would get back to me if my irriginal order turned up,however, I've not heard anything in over a week.”

“Website was simple to navigate. Once I placed my order it arrived in good time for this year’s London Marathon. The Maurten gels did a fantastic job fuelling me throughout the Marathon and the Compress sports compression socks were great. All in all a great shopping experience.”
