“Bought replacement Gore-Tex running shoes. They came promptly. Only four stars as they have closed their Edinburgh store without giving their loyal customers a reason - what’s happened to the staff??”

“Tried their best to help me with online gait analysis, however I need a neutral shoe, but have subsequently been told no more running now until possibly after op, fingers crossed I will run again! I’m hyper mobile so am tricky to prescribe shoes for but definitely need a neutral and not support, after twenty mins wear in the home my foot was sore They issued me a refund on return, for which I’m greatful”
