“Excellent idea to have an appointments system - especially given your popularity. First time I have ever purchased 'running' shoes, and Micha's advice was particularly helpful, with the comparison of different pairs/brands of shoes very illuminating. Expert advice put to great use. First rate service. The 'returns' policy is also reassuring, not that I have needed to use it. Advice over the phone subsequently most helpful. Doubtless I will be back. Thank you!”
