“I ordered on-line and getting a confirmation that the shoes were ready at the shop was a bit slow and I had to chase. Although I received an email quickly once I did. In the end, the shoe size was too small (1/2 size) and I had to return then in the post for a refund which was very straight-forward and efficient.”
