“Excellent. They found a Run&Become shop holding the make, model and size of the trail shoe I wanted, sent me a link to place an order and despatched the order promptly. It was delivered within a couple of days. What more could I ask for (apart from a discount!)?”

“If it wasn't for the lovely lady in the Newport store being an absolute retail legend ,I'm not sure I would have bothered to do this-The size I ordered were not available in London,I received a message-I had an idea to order the size down but couldn't get through to that branch,I contacted the Newport store to see if they could help & the size I ordered were available there-dispatched immediately -such a lovely lady very on the ball”
