“Excellent customer service, couldn’t be more helpful. Their returns and exchanges policy is extremely helpful when trying to get a good fit. I live in a remote area far from any specialist sports shoe shops so it is a service that’s very much appreciated.”

“I needed advice on supportive trainers for road running as I have had a disc prolapse in the past and want to avoid back pain. The internet is confusing, to say the least! The assistant I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided me to buying a pair of Hoka's which are exactly what I needed. Great service and prompt delivery, thank you.”

“I found Run and Become to be extremely helpful, finding my first pair of proper running trainers. The staff member looking after me was very patient and sympathetic that I was new to running and unsure what I was looking for. She analysed my gait and provided plenty of shoes and styles to try, enabling me to find the right pair. Very happy indeed!”
