“A1 service cannot fault. Left an over the phone request for some Saucony trainers, size 10. R&B came straight back to me, saying the trainers I wanted were currently out of stock. Said they would ring me when the trainers became available. 6 weeks later I received a call saying that the trainers I wanted had arrived in my size. I made a hassle free over the phone purchase and the trainers arrived a few days later (I chose standard postage) They also said I could try them on take a very short run to make sure all was well. Also to return if not right. As it happens they are fine ....:-)”

“I have recently bought a number of items from the brand online. There was a problem with one item as it was not locally in stock. Rather than having a delay with all items the order was split and the one item was sourced from Edinburgh. The customer service from the London branch was excellent and the staff kept me updated via phone and email. Big thanks to Ann and Joyce.”

“I purchased my new running shoes following an assessment of my gait via videos and photos and a telephone consultation. The process was very clearly explained on the website, and very professionally managed, with lots of good advice. The shoes were dispatched very quickly.
