“I came across this shop entirely by chance and I will now never buy running or training shoes anywhere else. Dipika and her team are highly knowledgeable, always helpful, and the emphasis on getting the right orthotics for each person is second to none. Also good for accessories for runners and athletes.”

“A real shame that we can’t get into your shop at the moment. Luckily, I knew pretty well what I wanted (Speedgoat 4s) just a question of width. So, I bought two pairs and sent one back. Really easy to do and excellent service. Not as much fun as going into your London shop but it all works just great. Very many thanks.”

“Run and Become were there at the start of the running boom. They have a sound philosophy and brilliant staff. Using the wrong shoes will cause you a serious injury and will turn you off running. Run and Become staff will ensure you have the right shoes and guide you through the hundreds of shoes now available. If you run you should call in at one of their shops for a proper fitting, you will regret it if you don't.”

“I wanted a new pair of trainers to replace my worn out running shoes bought from Run and Become many years ago. I do not run anymore but cycle and do other sports. What I wanted was trainers that compensated for the fact that I pronate. I went onto the web site of the manufacturer of the original shoes, Saucony but they did not recognise "pronate". The Run and become website responded immediately with a list of trainers that would be suitable. I received them within a few days, they fitted perfectly and they compensate for pronation. I was reminded of the professionalism of the team when I went there in the past in person . David Lymington”

“The online gait analysis was surprisingly good. The lady suggested two pairs of shoes, both different brands from my old trainers. One pair fits perfectly - better than my old shoes which I bought in person from another running store. The other pair fits very well (haven’t decided if I will return them - they’re in the box after initial try-on). I’ve bought running shoes only after in store gait analysis for >15 years as I’m an injury-prone pronator. I am as pleased with the results of this online gait analysis as any in store purchase.”

“Absolutely brilliant service and the trainers fit perfectly. I did a virtual gait analysis, the trainers arrived on Friday and I took them out for a 4 mile run (after wearing them around the house for the day) and they were perfect, took them for a 20 mile run on Sunday and they were great. Marathon training is back on track, thank you!”

“Unfortunately (as a loyal customer of many, many years) I missed out on 15% due to Covid implications. Shoes were advertised elsewhere much cheaper but my relationship with R&B over the years has been good. 15% discount coupon was still being advertised online on some sites. Apart from that, usual excellent service, pretty quick delivery (considering Covid), and decent shoes.”
