“I’m sorry as this may not entirely be the fault of Run & Become but they used Royal Mail for my delivery which at time of writing still has not arrived! The item was dispatched by R&B to the London Central Mail Centre on 13/12/2 where it was recorded as received at 05:12am on Tuesday 14 December with the statement “it’s on its way”. Since that time the item has not moved. It was meant to be Xmas gift and I contacted R&B to advise them of my issue. I was advised they would look into the matter and get back to me but nothing has been heard and latest track of the item still shows it is sitting, presumably in a cage, in London. I suggest R&B use a better delivery service!”
