“Been using R&G for maybe 20yrs now. Always gone into the shop, but I’ve moved out of London now. Almost impossible to buy good runners out of London (I tried). Last shoes were Brooks, so thought I’d try online a go - have bought other running gear from RG online, v easy, but cautious about shoes as you need to try, different brands fit differently. Quick and easy to buy, arrived quickly with info to return easily/labels etc - shoes fitted well so didn’t need to return, and felt confident if I had needed to. Felt like they cared that the service was good. It was. Recommended. As always. Love R&G. The best !”

“I came across this site when searching online for Maurten running gels to order. Fantastic site with a lot of great gear and free UK delivery. My order arrived super fast! And when looking further around the site I found so much more info, including advice about training, stretching, injuries, tips for running marathons etc. I also love the fact how it started out as a small family business, will definitely shop from here again.”
