“The trainers were sent promptly. Sadly they don't fit well so I had to send back. I received a refund very promptly too. I would use Run and Become again.”

“I had such a great experience buying new running shoes at Run and Become. I'd only recently completed C25K and felt a bit nervous going to a proper running shop. The woman who helped me couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. She gave great advice and was very patient bringing me lots of different shoes to try on. I ended up getting a pair of Brooks Adrenaline and I love them. In fact, the first time I ran in them was the first time I managed to run 5km in under 30mins! My old shoes had been rubbing so it's a joy to run in such supportive, cushioned shoes. Run and Become isn't local to me but I'll happily make the trip again next time I need new running shoes. I've also bought some running gloves online since and was very happy with the service.”

“I have bought a number of pairs of trainers from Run and Become shops and always been very satisfied with their service and products. I was pleased that ordering online was just as successful. I did not need to contcat customer service at all.”

“Fantastic customer service. My item was only £10 but delivery was free. This is so rare! I had to send the item back as it was too small, and the returns process was so easy. Other companies should be more like this! Highly recommended for great running kit and excellent service.”

“I ordered the items for my Husband for his Birthday. The service I got was Brilliant . I was trying to order some running short with out lining which were not in stock but they gave me a link to order from a different one of there stores . which was really helpful. And I had to send back the other shorts I ordered and the re fund came back quick. Great service Thank you and one happy Husband”
