“Great company, I called up to ask about sizing as the trainers I bought online were too tight and the staff member was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had to return them because alternative sizes were not available, but the returns process was very quick and easy. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes in different sizes as I wasn’t sure which would fit best. Having decided on a pair, I returned the second pair. A returns label was provided so this was easy to do. A few days later, my return had been processed and the shoes refunded. Very quick and efficient service which would encourage me to shop again with Run and Become.”

“Order no X226868 I ordered a pair of running shoes size UK 9.5. I was sent a pair size 10.5. I returned them by post and also emailed Run and Become. A second pair were delivered to me, also size 10.5. I have now returned them too. Please may I have a pair size 9.5. With many thanks, Gervase”
