“My second set of Ruka clip-ins. Get texture, more shedding than I would like. I wish they also came in the drawstring bag instead of the plastic zip bag that always comes apart. Super fast delivery!”

“I used the four ayye bundle for my wedding day and it was absolutely perfect! My hair looked spectacular and full. Very impressed. It's also really sturdy and I'm sure I can use it again. I bleached it slightly to match my hair colour which was really easy.”

“Hair was nice. But wasn't the required length so I returned. And it takes "14 working days" to get a refund AFTER goods are received. Longest retail store return timeline ever 😏 they should do better.”

“I cannot fault it. I've been through a lot of human kinky curly hair in my life and this is the best. What shocks me is the softness of it yet how well it blends in with my hair, I'm a 4a/4b. It doesn't feel heavy and I bought two bundles but because of the density I only need 1 to do my whole head with a little bit of leave out for a natural look. Genuinely impressed with the quality. Thank you”

“Ruka is my favorite hair company! In addition to these new Think Silk Clip-ins, I also own the Coils on Coils clip-ins and the quality is always amazing as well as the blend. I also love that the hair arrives perfumed. I’m new to the clip-in world and one of my points of contention is styling/washing the many clip-ins. Right now, I’m using a makeshift system of hanging them on pants hangers (which aren’t super secure) to do so. I think it would be a cool idea to create a tool to easily hang clip-ins for styling, washing, and drying.”

“I was very excited to make my order at Ruka, finally! There were 2 things I wasn’t so happy about 1. The hair I ordered was collection only (1.5 hour journey to Stratford for a 10min interaction) 2. The person who served me seemed very uninterested in talking to me, which was evident when approaching the pop up. Once handed the bag, her back was turned to me and I left without so much as a bye/smile. I haven’t used the hair yet so happy to come back to you on this. If I do love the hair and order again if there is no delivery option I won’t be ordering. Lastly, the samples on display in Westfields seem to be old, dry and tangled, probably due to alot of touching by customers. Whilst waiting for my order to be retrieved I found myself hoping my order looked nothing like the display. So much so I took a picture. I want nothing more than for Ruka to win but operationally there are tweaks that can be made.”
