The hair was a beautiful color and very soft texture, but I'm confused about why it is so silky. I couldn't braid with it neither could my hair dresser. The hair is just too slippery to use for braids. I didn't know how people are using it but I honestly couldn't and ended up having to buy more hair for my braiding appointment. I wish the texture were more yaky.

If that's not the look or feel you are after, then I recommend you try our Textured-straight, which is a bit coarser and easier to grip. I thought the hair was nice to begin with but that did not last very long so unfortunately I wouldn’t buy nor recommend anyone buy this hair. I thought it was just the texture I chose but after trying a different texture I realised it wasn’t that. Definitely a waste of money

My package arrived really late and the packaging was torn. Luckily the wig itself was unharmed due to the plastic bag it came in. Not really ready to wear as the knots need to be bleached. The cap does not fit my head comfortably. The flaps around the ear area are particularly uncomfortable, especially when wearing glasses. The section for the hook of the elastic band is loose so the band often falls out when putting the wig on. For a first time wig wearer I don't think your website gives enough information about installation, making it look more straightforward than it was. It would also be preferable if you had a list of recommended professionals for wig installation as I found many in London refuse to install wigs they did not make. I went to your stand in Selfridges and the lady there, although very nice, was totally ill equipped to answer my questions - just pointing me to the website, which as I said, I found less than helpful. On the positive side, the hair smelt good when it arrived and is soft and manageable. All in all I was keen to support but the above reasons would prevent me being a repeat buyer. I think it would be cheaper and look better to get a wig made for me. That's what I will have to do going forward.

Hey I bought a water spray bottle on Monday at the London excel salon international used it today for the first time at college and it’s already chipping where the trigger is. I’m very disappointed as it wast cheap. I look forward to your reply x

Hello Still waiting for my order to arrive. My order was placed on Friday, July 29th. I received my tracking number on Monday, Aug. 1st. The tracking has been difficult to follow. According to the tracking number, my order status was "partial delivery" on Aug 3rd. That was super confusing to me so I called TransGlobal and spoke with a representative. The TransGlobal rep. reported that my order was currently in Elizabeth, New Jersey USA. According to TransGlobal my order was part of a very large shipment wich needed to be broken down and dispursed to the USPS for final delivery. It's now Friday, Aug. 5th and my order has not been received by the USPS. I've been tracking my order through USPS and they reprot that they are "currently awaiting package". It's frustrating because my order is in New Jersey about an hour from my home but it's just sitting there apparently. If I had to give a rating as of today I'd say poor due to delays and confusing tracking info. I had to call TransGlobal long distance from the USA for clarity. I'm guessing I received this email today because customers generally have their items delivered by now. I can give a full review after I receive my items.

So far I’ve bought 3 product and 1 service from ruka and they will be the last. 1) “Think silk” closure wig 24 inch - closure was over bleached but the texture is good (6/10). 2) “makin’ waves” closure under the impression the bundles would be stocked up and it’s been over 2 months since I was told this. Waste of money and was lied to. 5/10 3) “spring fling” closure wig - once again over bleach. When washed brown discharge and nasty stench and nape Clumps really badly. The texture dropped within the first wash. Highly doubt hair is virgin and not worth the price given supply is from China. 4/10. When I went to collect the hair they attempted to give me hair that was probably on display. Hairstylist service - spent 45 pound for her to do nothing special. I am happy that I could get hair last minute but they need to invest in better quality hair and good customer service.

If I’m going to be honest this hair doesn’t take very well to bleach I had to bleach the have over 3 times and it still hasn't lifted that much in colour and I’ve only had this hair in a week and it gets matted within minutes so I’m not exactly sure if this is 100% human hair
